Deeply inspired by Modern Educators/Philosophers including Swami Vivekananda, J. Krishnamurti, Maharshi Arvind, Swami Chinmayandnda and their educational vision. Since last two decades contributing in different leadership capacities in renowned boarding/day-boarding schools including Rajghat Besant School, (Krishnamurti Foundation India), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh; Chinmaya International Residential School, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu; Orchid International School, Nashik, Maharashtra; Wendy School-Junior College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh; Academic World School, Bemetara Chattisgarh of India. While working in CBSE, ICSE/ISC and IB-affiliated schools got exposure to learning modern techniques of teaching. 

Academic Planning and Implementation, Curriculum Design, Resource Preparation, Strategic Planning has been some of my prominent areas of interest. As a Maths resource person,  I have also conducted online training sessions on ‘Maths – How to make it Joyful learning’, and ‘Experiential Learning- One of the best Methods’ for Pan-India teachers of CBSE affiliated schools on behalf of CoE – Bhuvaneshwar.

Attended several seminars, workshops and conferences conducted by CBSE, ICSE, IB and several other reputed organizations and also presented educational papers.

While completing Post Graduation in Mathematics I decided to delve into the realm of Mathematics. Finally completed my thesis on ‘Homogeneous and Inhomogeneous Cosmological Models in Scalar Tensor Theories’ under the able guidance of Prof. S. Ram,  Applied Mathematics, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in the year 2000.

Ms. Aarti Khurana is a visionary leader with an illustrious background and an unwavering passion for education. With over two decades of experience, she has dedicated herself to fostering the IB and Cambridge curriculums, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Pathways School Noida, Kasiga School Dehradun, and Selaqui International School Dehradun.

Neena Rathore is an accomplished academician with over 25+ years of commendable success in teaching CISCE, CBSE, and Cambridge IGCSE curriculums. She has a strong track record of teaching learners at various levels and holds high aspirations for her students, striving to bring out the best in them.

Ms. Rathore is a hands-on leader with outstanding skills in parent communication, student counselling, and staff management. She excels in facilitating and coaching students through interactive discussions and a child-centric approach, helping them learn and apply concepts across subjects. Her expertise extends to organizing and planning school events, ensuring they are both educational and engaging.

Shefali Agarwal is currently serving as a PRT Mother Teacher at the esteemed Sharda Group of Institutions in Sharda World School, located in Agra. She has been in this role since March 2023, dedicating herself to providing quality education and guidance to the students under her care.
