1. Manage and develop the Cambridge curriculum.
2.Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress
3.Assess professional needs and lead professional development sessions for teachers
4.Overseeing curriculum review and facilitating curriculum development across the whole school
5. Lead on staff workshop, training and curriculum-orientate
6. Liaise with colleagues across school to ensure smooth transition of pupils between year groups/phases
with regards to curriculum provision
1.Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field .A degree in Management or Administration is a Plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a cambridge affiliated school.
3.Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Curriculum and assessment procedures.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
