Ms Neena Rathore, a seasoned educator with extensive experience in teaching, administration, and mentoring across Cambridge International, CISCE, and CBSE curricula, is a visionary leader who combines academic expertise with organizational excellence as the Principal of Sharda World School.

Her illustrious career spans her time at  Rajkumar College and over two decades at the esteemed Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer. At MCGS, she held multiple leadership roles, including Head of the History Department, Pastoral Head, and Equestrian Head. Her student-centered teaching philosophy has paved pathways for numerous students to achieve success in top universities and professional fields worldwide. Her expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and pastoral care exemplifies her dedication to fostering educational excellence and student well-being. 

Beyond the classroom, She has left an indelible mark through her leadership in cultural programs, equestrian events, and international exchange initiatives. Ms Aarti Khurana is a visionary leader with an illustrious background and an unwavering passion for education, and with over two decades of experience, she has dedicated herself to fostering the IB and Cambridge curriculums, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Pathways School Noida, Kasiga School Dehradun, and Selaqui International School Dehradun.

Ms Khurana's leadership style is characterized by compassion and dedication to the development of both students and staff. She believes in creating an environment that nurtures growth and empowers individuals to thrive. Her advocacy for self-discovery opportunities and sensible risk-taking encourages students to make informed decisions, fostering their holistic development.

Recipient of the Times Best Educator Award in Northern India, Ms. Khurana holds an MPhil degree in English Literature from Kurukshetra University and is a gold medalist in both her Bachelor's and Master's programs from Garhwal University. Her academic prowess is further complemented by a degree in Behavioral Counseling from UCLA.
