Dr SK Tiwari has been acting as the Principal for the CBSE curriculum for the last 2 years, deeply inspired by modern educators and philosophers, including Swami Vivekananda, J Krishnamurti, Maharshi Arvind, and Swami Chinmayananda, and their educational vision. For the past two decades, he has contributed in different leadership capacities in renowned boarding and day-boarding schools, including Rajghat Besant School (Krishnamurti Foundation India), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh; Chinmaya International Residential School, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu; Orchid International School, Nashik, Maharashtra; Wendy School-Junior College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh; and Academic World School, Bemetara, Chhattisgarh.

While working in CBSE, ICSE/ISC, and IB-affiliated schools, he gained exposure to modern teaching techniques. His prominent areas of interest include academic planning and implementation, curriculum design, resource preparation, and strategic planning. As a mathematics resource person, he has conducted online training sessions on 'Maths – How to Make it Joyful Learning' and 'Experiential Learning – One of the Best Methods' for teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools across India on behalf of CoE – Bhubaneswar.

He has attended and presented educational papers at several seminars, workshops, and conferences conducted by CBSE, ICSE, IB, and other reputed organizations. While completing his postgraduate studies in Mathematics, he decided to delve into the realm of mathematics further, culminating in a thesis on ‘Homogeneous and Inhomogeneous Cosmological Models in Scalar Tensor Theories’ under the guidance of Prof. S. Ram, Applied Mathematics, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in the year 2000.

Ms Aarti Khurana is a visionary leader with an illustrious background and an unwavering passion for education, and with over two decades of experience, she has dedicated herself to fostering the IB and Cambridge curriculums, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Pathways School Noida, Kasiga School Dehradun, and Selaqui International School Dehradun.

Ms Khurana's leadership style is characterized by compassion and dedication to the development of both students and staff. She believes in creating an environment that nurtures growth and empowers individuals to thrive. Her advocacy for self-discovery opportunities and sensible risk-taking encourages students to make informed decisions, fostering their holistic development.

Recipient of the Times Best Educator Award in Northern India, Ms. Khurana holds an MPhil degree in English Literature from Kurukshetra University and is a gold medalist in both her Bachelor's and Master's programs from Garhwal University. Her academic prowess is further complemented by a degree in Behavioral Counseling from UCLA.

Beyond academia, Ms. Khurana is a passionate autism advocate, championing inclusivity to shape environments that cater to all learners. At Sharda World School, her commitment to celebrating each child's uniqueness creates an environment where every student's talents shine brightly.

Neena Rathore is an accomplished academician with over 25 years of commendable success in teaching CISCE, CBSE, and Cambridge IGCSE curriculums, having a strong track record of teaching learners at various levels and holding high aspirations for her students, striving to bring out the best in them.

Ms Rathore is a hands-on leader with outstanding skills in parent communication, student counselling, and staff management. She excels in facilitating and coaching students through interactive discussions and a child-centric approach, helping them learn and apply concepts across subjects. Her expertise extends to organizing and planning school events, ensuring they are both educational and engaging.

An effective communicator with impeccable manpower management skills, Ms. Rathore is adept at providing training with a flexible and proactive attitude. She spent 17 years at Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer, as Head of the History Department, where she significantly contributed to the academic and extracurricular development of the students.

In her past experience, Ms. Rathore served as the In-charge of INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage). She also led school teams in Delhi Horse Shows and designed annual horse show brochures, showcasing her diverse skills and interests.

In her current role as Vice Principal at Sharda World School, Ms. Rathore continues to inspire and lead both students and staff towards excellence. Her dedication to education and her multifaceted talents make her an invaluable asset to the school.
