Dr SK Tiwari has been acting as the Principal for the CBSE curriculum for the last 2 years, deeply inspired by modern educators and philosophers, including Swami Vivekananda, J Krishnamurti, Maharshi Arvind, and Swami Chinmayananda, and their educational vision. For the past two decades, he has contributed in different leadership capacities in renowned boarding and day-boarding schools, including Rajghat Besant School (Krishnamurti Foundation India), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh; Chinmaya International Residential School, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu; Orchid International School, Nashik, Maharashtra; Wendy School-Junior College, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh; and Academic World School, Bemetara, Chhattisgarh.
While working in CBSE, ICSE/ISC, and IB-affiliated schools, he gained exposure to modern teaching techniques. His prominent areas of interest include academic planning and implementation, curriculum design, resource preparation, and strategic planning. As a mathematics resource person, he has conducted online training sessions on 'Maths – How to Make it Joyful Learning' and 'Experiential Learning – One of the Best Methods' for teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools across India on behalf of CoE – Bhubaneswar.
He has attended and presented educational papers at several seminars, workshops, and conferences conducted by CBSE, ICSE, IB, and other reputed organizations. While completing his postgraduate studies in Mathematics, he decided to delve into the realm of mathematics further, culminating in a thesis on ‘Homogeneous and Inhomogeneous Cosmological Models in Scalar Tensor Theories’ under the guidance of Prof. S. Ram, Applied Mathematics, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, in the year 2000.
