On March 30, 2024, Sharda World School hosted the final Parents-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the 2023-24 session, aiming to enhance the collaboration between parents and teachers in fostering students' academic development. The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to parents, accompanied by badges provided by their respective class teachers. Subsequently, comprehensive academic reviews were conducted for each student to discuss their progress in detail.
Teachers meticulously evaluated each student's academic journey, delineating their strengths and areas for improvement across various subjects. Concrete examples such as test scores, assignments, and student work were presented to furnish parents with a holistic insight into their child's performance. Moreover, teachers deliberated on students' behaviour and discipline, emphasising class participation, peer interaction, and adherence to school regulations. Any concerns or behavioural challenges were addressed collaboratively, with discussions centred on finding viable solutions.
The PTM proved to be a resounding success, consolidating the partnership between parents and teachers. Additionally, to gather parental feedback, a questionnaire was distributed, further facilitating constructive dialogue and ensuring continuous improvement in our academic endeavours.
